Parameters

&1 - The ID of the folder list
&2 - Login name of the user
&3 - Surrogate (unique identifier) for the user

Description

A folder list with the ID (&1) has been specified for the user.
However, information for this folder list could not be read. This will usually mean that the folder list does not exist.

Action

Check whether the folder list exists.
Change the value of the folder list for the user to an existing folder list - or to the blank value to use a folder list based on the authorization level of the user.

Comments

This error indicates an inconsistency in the database.
Please check whether an update to the database using SQL or another tool offering direct access to the database has been done.
